Shopping with Gypsy Grove
By purchasing from Gypsy Grove, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed here. If you have any questions, please use the Contact page.
I. Purchasing
Gypsy Grove is currently powered by Etsy. More venues may be added in the future, but at this time only the shop located at www.gypsygrove.etsy.com is authorized to carry Gypsy Grove items.
For those in the north Alabama area, Gypsy Grove participates in several shows and faires throughout the year. We'd love to have you stop by our booth and browse our creations in person. Watch this website for information about all upcoming shows.
II. Payment
Etsy
Gypsy Grove accepts all forms of payment through the Etsy checkout system. These include PayPal, several credit cards, and Etsy gift cards.
Amazon
Gypsy Grove accepts all forms of payment through the Amazon checkout system. These include credit/debit cards and gift cards.
Other
If you'd prefer to pay outside of Etsy or Amazon, you may make a request to pay via PayPal or Square (US only) by filling out the Contact form and choosing "Request Alternate Payment Method" from the subject options. Be sure to include in your message which items you wish to purchase.
If you're planning to visit the Grove in person at a local sale, we accept cash and credit/debit cards through Square.
Payment requirements are different for custom orders. Please be sure to read the Custom Orders page thoroughly.
All items remain available for others to purchase until payment is made in full.
III. Shipping
All packages are shipped First Class via the United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers are included for all domestic shipments.
International shipments do not include a tracking number. If you'd like a tracking number, please contact me for an updated shipping fee.
Current pricing is listed in both the Etsy and Amazon shops.
International shipping available only through the Etsy shop at this time.

Most pieces ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping for custom items will vary.
Insurance is optional for orders under $100. Insurance may be arranged, by request, for a small additional fee. All orders over $100 are insured free of charge.
IV. Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are considered final seven (7) days after delivery. No exceptions.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact Gypsy Grove immediately. We will do our very best to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Refunds and exchanges are done on a case by case basis as each situation is different. If you purchased via Etsy or Amazon, please send us a conversation (message) through Etsy/Amazon. If not, please contact us here.
